Shipping policy

What locations do you ship to?
We currently ship only within the United States. All orders include free shipping, with no minimum purchase required.

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or in case of postal delays outside of our control.

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Yes, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
All orders are shipped with insurance. In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or returned to us, we will send you a replacement with full tracking. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for more details.

While most packages arrive on time, unexpected delays may occur due to postal service issues, weather conditions, or holiday periods. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist you promptly.
